Are you looking for a change of scenery in your job? We are looking for a Bilingual help desk Analyst in St. Catherines! Our client is willing to pay for relocation costs for the successful candidate. This opportunity will eventually lead you to a career path in field support with a new change of pace in St. Catherines!

What you’ll be doing

• previous customer service and / or helpdesk experience.
• Ability to speak French fluently 60% of the time
- working knowledge and interest in computer hardware.
• competent understanding of networking basics.
• prioritize calls / workload in order of severity.
• help with equipment set up and other small projects during low call periods.
• ability to communicate effectively and collaborate well with interfaced departments.


Do you have the skills we’re looking for?

• have great team skills and be highly focused on assisting coworkers and customers
• have accurate data entry skills and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• successful A+ Certification or post-secondary studies in computer engineering / networking is preferred.
• have an exceptional work ethic, be detailed orientated and able to prioritize and multi-task.
• ability to communicate effectively and collaborate well with interfaced departments.
