Our client is located in St Catherines and they need a Bilingual Help Desk Analyst to help support their customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for hardware and software support which eventually will lead to a career path of field support. The ideal candidate should have experience/knowledge in the following areas:

• previous customer service and / or helpdesk experience.
• working knowledge and interest in computer hardware.
• competent understanding of networking basics.
• prioritize calls / workload in order of severity.
• help with equipment set up and other small projects during low call periods.
• have great team skills and be highly focused on assisting coworkers and customers
• have accurate data entry skills and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• successful A+ Certification or post-secondary studies in computer engineering / networking is preferred.
• have an exceptional work ethic, be detailed orientated and able to prioritize and multi-task.
• ability to communicate effectively and collaborate well with interfaced departments.
