Bilingual HR Administrator | Mississauga

Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, is currently looking for a Bilingual Human Resources Administrator. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for assisting and facilitating employee and manager inquiries and requests that are received via phone, email, and e-chat. You will have 1-2 years of HR experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and on a collaborative team.

What you’ll be doing:
• Provide transactional HR support using Workday (HRIS) across all processes and business units in a service centre environment.
• Support client groups with responses to direct queries being received via email, web submit and phone
• Manage the quality of data and maintain records in HR systems to ensure data accuracy and that entries are updated for payroll and benefits
• Liaise with external and internal suppliers and agencies as appropriate to deliver HR transactional services
• Support continuous improvement activities to further simplify and standardize processes
• Manage employee leaves (STD, LTD, Maternity etc…) in the HRIS and with our 3rd party vendor
• Responsible for employee records & filing

Do you have the right qualifications?
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources
• Degree/Diploma in business, human resources or a combination of education and/or work experience is required
• Bilingualism is mandatory, French and English
• Experience in delivering exceptional customer service
• Must have attentive listening skills and high attention to detail
