Our client, one of the Top 5 Banks in Canada, is looking hire Bilingual Insurance Advisors in Halifax!

Pay: $25.44/hour
Shifts: Rotational shifts Monday to Friday: 8:00am - 11:00pm; Saturday: 9:00 am - 7:00pm; Mandatory Monday and Saturday availability

This is what you will do as a Bilingual Insurance Advisor:
• Take inbound calls from existing customers for auto and home insurance
• Handle service and sales calls to provide superior customer service
• Understand customer needs to recommend and upsell the right products
• Each call is different so you are engaging, personable and flexible
• Foster and maintain strong client relationships

Here's what we're looking for:
• Fully bilingual (French/English)
• 1-2 years experience in retail sales or call center or have an aptitude for customer service
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional, engaging manner on the telephone
• Solution-oriented so you can recommend and upsell relevant services
• No criminal record and Credit in good standing
• Must be available to work Monday and Saturday shifts
• Must be available for 8-10 weeks full time paid training
• Able to work in Halifax
