Position: Customer Service & Sales - Bilingual - Customer Service - Insurance/Financial Industry
Ottawa Ontario
$36000 -40000$
schedule: Between 11am - 9pm ( Monday to Friday and occasional Saturdays)

Overview:
In this role, the CSR supports the relationships with clients by responding in a timely and accurate manner to the daily demands. The bulk of communications will be to maintain and communicate with clients in Quebec.

Responsibilities:
- Action all requests and calls submitted by clients by phone, fax, e-mail and voice message
- Conduct research and collaborate with experts in relevant matters. Make recommendations or a decisions on given situations
- Enter and maintain the information in multiple Computer Systems

Qualifications
- Must have Post Secondary Education (University Degree Preferred)
- At least three years of experience in customer service, notably in the insurance sector or financial services is an asset
- banking experience is an asset
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite
- in the process of obtaining the ACS titles, PCS, FLMI An asset
