We're looking for individual with strong attention to detail, great customer service focus, and high attention to detail to join our client, one of Canada's largest insurance companies, as a Bilingual Operations Administrator.

As a Bilingual Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for:
• Administering new applications and existing insurance files
• Handling mail distribution as required
• Providing customer service support via telephone
• Following up with claimants' for any insurance paperwork pending
• Other duties as required
