Our downtown client is looking for Quality Assurance Agents to support their internal agents. We are looking for bilingual agents who speak English and French

Responsibilities Include:
Review, logs and answers customer problem/request/issue calls
Score agents based on expectations
being thorough on criteria

This is a position with a reputable company
Convenient downtown location
$16-19 an hourly
Professional team environment


Minimum 2 years call center, help desk experience, or quality assurance
Technical Support Experience is an asset
Must be available for rotating shifts Monday to Friday 7am – 10pm, Saturday 9am-5pm
Excellent communication skills
Good problem solving and analytical skills
BA in Computer Science, Diploma, or relevant work experience is an asset
Must have knowledge of computers with a technical mindset
