Are you looking for a change and want some more experience within recruitment? Have you been working for an agency, and now want to work for a company directly with hiring managers? We have a Bilingual Recruiter position for you in Montreal.

As a talent acquisition consultant, in Montreal, you will be responsible for:
Posting and supplying vacancies
Defining the skills and company fit of the candidate
Conduct video conference interviews
Keep the database up to date
Cold Calls, Networking and Talent Tracking to better source candidates
Provide a positive candidate experience
Increase the quality of candidates presented to hiring managers
Provide administrative support after hiring (letters, background checks, etc.)

What are we looking for in our candidate?

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
Professional phone and email etiquette
3 years’ of experience in recruitment
Good experience in sourcing candidates
Post-Secondary Education in Human Resources or Preferred Equivalent

Location: Montreal
Salary $ 24/ hour
6 month contract
