What you’ll be doing :
• Work as a brand ambassador to attract the best talent in the market
• Develop a solid network through social media, internal and external referrals to support
recruitment strategies
• Full cycle of recruitment activities ( job posting, screening, in person interviews, sourcing)
• Develop and Build relationships with key professional associations and Networking events
• Conduct and complete thorough order intakes with hiring managers to fully understand needs
• Engage and partner with third party recruitment vendors
• Ensure candidate records are accurate and inputted in timely manner to ATS

Do you have the right qualifications?
• Minimum of 3-5 years of full cycle recruitment experience
• Previous Non for Profit Industry experience and Asset
• Strong customer service skills
• High degree of Professionalism and Tact
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Successful recruitment experience in sales/fundraising professionals
