Bilingual Service Coordinator – Technical Support

Our client providing a variety of IT tailored solutions is looking for a talented, experienced and dynamic Service Coordinator who will be in charge of dealing with their clients questions and concerns. They are looking for someone who is knowledgeable with a variety of computer applications and is able to provide a variety of IT solutions to their customers


This is a permanent role at 18.50 an hour, 37.5 hours, 8:30am – 5pm


Job Description:

- Supporting the account managers in providing customer information via phone and email
- Create and update client information in various data bases and computer systems
- Providing product and service information to the stakeholders
- Assisting the account managers in any administrative needs they have.
- Preparing Quotes, creating sales orders and utilizing all sales tools provided

Qualifications:

- Fluently bilingual in English and French
- Knowledge in computer troubleshooting, networking and software applications
- Advanced knowledge in MS office applications – Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and is highly accurate
- Strong Customer service and client coordination expertise
- Excellent communication skills
