Successful Team Lead candidates can expect to lead, coach and monitor direct reporting agents working in a customer service department.

Annual Salary:
$45,000 - 50,000

Job description:
 Leading team of 18-20 customer service agents
 Conduct quarterly & annual evaluations with team
 Coaching of agents & providing live feedback
 Monitoring calls to ensure quality control
 Taking escalation calls from clients
 Metric monitoring and KPIs
