Randstad has partnered with a client in North York in search of a Team Lead candidate to lead a group of unique customer experience agents. This is an opportunity for leaders with a proven successful track record in leadership who also love everything food and want to join a company with ample room for growth!

The successful candidate will Lead the team, be responsible for Quality Control, and take escalation calls.

Job Details:
- Leading team of 12-14 customer experience agents
- Conduct quarterly & annual evaluations with team
- Coaching of agents & providing live feedback
- Monitoring calls to ensure quality control
- Taking escalation calls from clients

Hours of operation:
Monday - Friday 8 am - 10 pm
Saturdays 8 am - 5 pm

Qualifications
- Previous Team Lead experience in call center setting
- Strong computer skills, and/or CRM experience
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills (ENGLISH & FRENCH)
- MUST be well versed in different social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
