Randstad is currently recruiting for Bilingual Technical Support and Billing Representatives for our client in Calgary.

Responsibilities include taking incoming customer calls, identifying the customer issues and resolve problems, data entry on customer profile and updating personal information, evaluate the need for a technician and scheduling appointments, supporting customers with billing issues and the ability to communicate effectively.

To be successful in this role you must be bilingual in French, need a minimum of 6 months experience in a call centre environment or 12 months experience in a customer service role, strong communication skills and the ability to be resourceful and committed to delivering excellent customer service and the ability to work as part of a team.

This role is temporary with the opportunity to go permanent for the right candidate and you would be flexible to work day and evening shifts.

This role is in a great location with free street parking and accessible by c-train. You would have the opportunity to work as part of a great team and have a career path based on individual performance.
