As a Bilingual Work Facilitation Specialist, you will be responsible for working with Case Managers to deliver ergonomic evaluations and return to work planning. Duties include:
• Meeting directly with stakeholders to provide early intervention services and facilitate return-to-work meetings
• Managing medical/non-medical and complex cases using a goal-oriented plan approved by the Case Manager
• Providing goal oriented ergonomic evaluations

This role offers a work from home opportunity but you will be travelling around the Atlantic Provinces to meet with clients and conducting ergonomic evaluations.

• Must be bilingual (English/French)
• Minimum 1 year + experience/education within disability management or health science field such as Kinesiology, Human Kinetics, Physiotherapy, etc
• Valid driver's licence and access to own vehicle
• Strong customer service, negotiation and problem solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict management skills
• Proven analytical, organization, creativity and decision making skills
• Knowledge of medical terminology is a must
