Have you previously been responsible for coordinating client billing information? Do you have previous experience using SAP? Are you looking for an opportunity to develop your skills with a globally regocnized organization? If so, we have an excellent opportunity for you!

We are currently looking for a Billing Administrator to work at our clients downtown Toronto office. In this role you will work full time hours on a 6 months assignment and earn a competitive rate between $23 - $26 per hour (based on candidate qualifications). As a Billing Administrator you will be responsible for the following:

• Update billing information into SAP Client/Engagement change form
• Part of the Engagement Set Up Team and ensures all relevant billing information is captured in the initial set up
• Ensure the consistent application of the billing rules pertaining to entities
• Process invoices as required in accordance with our billing policy.
• Ensures billing process and procedures are followed according to established guidelines and applicable legislation in all provinces.
• Clear old WIP, unapplied cash, and retainers.
• Ensure the consistent application of the billing rules pertaining to entities.
• Identify billing tax issues and ensure that the tax rules are consistently followed.

Qualifications
• Intermediate/Expert knowledge of billing module
• Intermediate knowledge of billing rules and processes
• Intermediate knowledge on taxes
• Efficiently and accurately enter data into SAP Client Maintenance
• Communicate effectively with all levels of leadership and staff
• Establish respect and rapport with team and others
• 1-3 years of progressive experience in a finance role
• Strong knowledge of business fundamentals and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment and follow up on project requirements
• Intermediate/Expert knowledge of Aderant would be an asset
• Intermediate/Expert knowledge of SAP would be an asset
