Our established client in the legal industry has an fantastic billing coordinator opportunity within their growing finance team. Located Downtown Toronto, this is an exceptional opportunity to get your foot in the door with a large, well-known Canadian law firm. This opportunity is a 10 month contract with potential to go permanent!

Key Responsibilities

- Preparing and processing client invoices
- Managing client accounts
- Assisting with finalizing invoices
- Preparing and processing credit notes and invoice cancellations as needed
- Entering invoices into internal billing system
- Assisting with year-end audit as needed
- Client correspondence via telephone and or email
- Answering all incoming inquired related to invoices and billing accounts
- Assisting with special projects as needed
- All other related duties as required


- Post-secondary education is a must, preferably specialization in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in the legal industry
- Working knowledge of accounting and billing process
- Experience in the legal industry is a strong asset
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Working knowledge with Elite is a strong asset
