Are you interested in working for a large financial services firm in Downtown, Toronto? If so, this opportunity could be yours! Our client is seeking a Billings Coordinator who has worked within the A/R department conducting WIP valuations/billings, invoicing, and reconciliations of account(s).

Responsibilities:
* Responsible for processing full cycle A/R invoices and EFT’s into Maconomy
* Reconciliation of A/R and ability to manage the aging report on a daily basis
* Preparing monthly reconciliation of billings for revenue recognition
* Preparing and posting journal entries regarding billing system
* Responsible for the valuation of WIP (Work In Progress) Billings
* Pursuing and monitoring collections of all outstanding invoices while building and maintaining client relationships

Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years of experience working directly with Billings & A/R functions
* Advanced knowledge using Maconomy ERP software
* University or College degree reflecting either Business, Accounting or Finance
* Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills/Functions (Pivots, vlookup, VBA, Formulas)
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently as well as with a team
