A local construction company are seeking their next Bookkeeper and Office Manager, for someone with experienced in Sage 50/Simply Accounting.

Location: Oak Bay, Victoria BC
Hours: 25-30 hours a week - flexible start and finish times

Duties:
- Maximize use of Simply Accounting/Sage 50
- Prepare and process all invoices
- Update and maintain accounting journal entries, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions
- A/R and A/P accounts reconciliation
- Answer phones and help customers
- Maintain 200+ accounts
- General office admin duties


Qualifications:
- Advanced proficiency in Simply Accounting/Sage 50
- Bookkeeper experience
- Positive and flexible attitude
- Strong customer service skills
