Randstad Staffing is seeking a Branch Manager in the financial industry in Winnipeg! If you are results oriented financial management professional, we want to hear from you today!

Responsibilities and duties include:

- Overseeing all aspects of branch operations and compliance supervision to help the branch become more successful
- Performing Tier 1 supervision of registrants in assigned branches
- Coordinating and monitoring licensing, complain, applicable administration, and new advisor registration
- Preparing branch site visit reports and other branch reports as required
- Approving KYC updates and new accounts
- Ensuring compliance policies and procedures are followed and put into practice
- Holding monthly meetings with advisors under supervision
- Developing and maintaining value-added relationships with advisors
- Managing the quality and efficiency of branches

- $55,000 - $70,000 annual salary (based on experience)

Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent post-secondary education
- 2+ years of experience in the financial services industry with some branch/sales management experience
- Completion of Canadian Securities Course (CSC)
- Completion of the Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH)
- Options License
- Securities License
- Must be able to be licenced as a Supervisor or Registered Representative (RR Supervisor)
- Travel may be required
