Our client is seeking an Intermediate Civil/Structural Engineer with a strong interest and experience in bridge projects and heavy civil projects.

You will join a dynamic team active on civil, municipal, and industrial engineering projects for a variety of public and private sector clients.

You will be involved in the delivery of all aspects of bridge projects ranging from inspection and management of bridge inventories; assessment and rehabilitation of bridges; conceptual, preliminary and detailed design of bridges; and preparation and administration of contracts.

Duties will include:
- Inspection, design, project management, completing business development work, and preparing proposals.

Candidates must possess the following qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in civil or structural engineering from an accredited post-secondary educational institution
- Eligible for professional registration with APEGBC
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in bridge engineering
- Experience with inspection, analysis and design, preparing contract documents, and contract administration
- Proven verbal and written communication skills
- Project management skills are an asset
- Strong organizational skills
- Committed team player
