Our client is looking for a BSA for an initial 8 month contract with a target start date around July 23, 2018


Provides a comprehensive range of business analysis lead services for clients with diverse business and technology needs. Promotes the appropriate application of to business problems, and undertakes comprehensive business needs assessments and analysis of complex business requirements for IT business solutions for respective clients. Prepares and advises on business analysis policies, processes, best practices and standards to promote a comprehensive and consistent business analysis practice within the organization.

Experience Levels: Level 3: 10+ years of experience

General Skills
Leads and conducts business analysis in order to assess client’s business problems/opportunities and documents the business requirements in such a way that technology solutions can be determined.

Applies re-engineering concepts to promote business improvements through alternative, cost effective service delivery approaches Leads and conducts business analysis at varying levels of detail, appropriate to the project and phases of project, aligning with OPS Unified Project Management Methodology, Enterprise Architecture and Gating Process, and OPS Standard Systems Development Methodologies

Develops strategies, prepares business cases and cost-benefit analysis, and conducts feasibility studies for business & IT initiatives

Conducts business modeling; use case modeling; conceptual and logical data modeling; process and data flow modeling; use case surveys; business rules definition and non-functional requirements definitions for assigned projects

Monitors progress, resolves problems and reports regularly to IT management and clients’decision makers

Develops performance measures for business analysis evaluation and conducts follow-up

Experience in the use of Computer Aided Software Engineering (CASE) tools to document conceptual requirements and scope
Awareness of emerging IT trends and technologies

Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal and negotiation skills
A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines

Desirable Skills
Experience in the use of information retrieval packages

Knowledge and understanding of Information Management (including record keeping) policies and practices

To provide BA services to the GMS project to review business requirements and to generate project documentation required for development, test and training purposes.

Identifies and translates high level, conceptual user-requirements into specifications of business requirements to guide application development/ implementation activities and the selection of tools, which will help Clients take advantage of technology in delivering services.

Also this project requires the ability of the BA to create the integration and interface specification and detailed integration requirement document. Also the BA needs to be able to document the configuration requirement for the connection project that connects multiple site connection.

Also the project requires the set up of the connection staging environment and multi- site testing.

Desirable Skills
Knowledge of Gaming applications and SQL expertise.


GMS interface project requires the implementation of already developed solution and working through the implementation. The BA has to understand the existing system and help to modify the system through requirement collection and configuration changes. The role will be working on the DATA MIGRATION and support the data migration.

This role is mix of the system and business analyst, who has deep experience application, infrastructure and also willing to coordinate with a group of technical people, guide them and remove obstacles.

Specifically this is not a theoretical exercise to document the requirement or solution but actually lead and implement the solution
