Business Analyst
Toronto

Our Big 5 Financial client is looking to hire a Business Analyst for a 6-month contract. The project will focus on creating future-state plans and documentation for a Global Crisis Initiative. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently, and have over 5 years of business analysis experience. The incumbent will also have to have experience with change management and the ability to negotiate with stakeholders in multiple lines of business. The position will report to a global AVP in risk management


Responsibilities Include

- incident management process planning
- Business Continuity - Crisis Management experience

- Gathering data and providing analysis for operational knowledge based activities

- Testing solutions

- future state standard operating procedures and documents new processes

- Authoring documentation for change management activities



Business Analyst

Required Skills:

- 5+ years of experience working in business process creation/improvement
- Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- incident management process planning
- Business Continuity - Crisis Management experience

- Degree/diploma in business engineering - or equivalent work experience
- 5 years of process improvement experience
