PUBLIC SECTOR HEALTH CARE CLIENT REQUIRES A SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST/CHANGE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST FROM THE HEALTH CARE SECTOR FOR AN INITIAL SIX MONTH CONTRACT, WITH A CLIENT OPTION TO RENEW FOR TWO ADDITIONAL TERMS OF UP TO SIX MONTHS PER ADDITIONAL TERM.



Candidates must provide their own laptops and phones for communication.

Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle for travel across Ontario

Candidates will be expected to work onsite at locations designated by the client.


MANDATORY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Five+ years health care experience implementing Business Analysis or Change Management

Senior level business and political acumen within the healthcare sector

Working towards or has completed Change Management or Business Analysis Certification and functional knowledge of Change Management

Solid knowledge of change management and business analysis tools and approaches, specifically applied within the acute sector

Experience in eliciting clinical user requirements using a variety of techniques (modelling requirements, processes and workflows)

Experience in facilitating business process improvements and successfully implementing change initiatives within the healthcare sector

Demonstrated facilitation, conflict management, and consensus building skills

Experience or familiarity with ClinicalConnect™ (CC), an online portal for clinical patient records and medical data or other EHR/health portal technologies




NICE TO HAVE:

Acute or community clinical experience would be an asset
