What YOU will be doing as a Business Development Manager:
• Create long-lasting business partnerships that lead to improved sales, retention and customer experience
• Develop, optimize, and take full ownership of sales cycle, strategies and processes
• Engage customers online and in-person with product demos
• Manage CRM database of prospect and current customers
• Present data-driven insight and market trends to the team

What YOU bring to the table:
• 2+ years of proven success in a sales role
• Able to understand and explain technical aspects of a product
• Provide an entrepreneurial and creative approach to business development and growth
• Strong communicator and tactful negotiator
• Experience using CRM, Hubspot, Dialpad and Zoom
• Organized with deadlines and always willing to contribute new ideas
