Are you looking for an exciting opportunity as Purchasing/ Material coordinator?
Do you want to explore a new role where you can develop your skills in the electronics industry?
We are looking for a person with strong electronics background to work on a temporary to permanent position.

what you will get:
· Hourly range from $30 to $34 based on experience
· Work at an innovative electronics manufacturer company
· Strong potential to obtain a permanent position

who and how you will provide support:
· You will provide support to the Production Manager cataloguing inventory and researching for similar components
· Prepare Purchasing Orders for electronics component, sourcing for vendors and similar products available on the market
· Obtain different price quotes from different suppliers, compare and negotiate prices where applicable
· Forecast purchasing orders by obtaining inventory reports from production and other departments
· Ensure materials are available and expedited then as required for production
· Maintain records of suppliers and build relationships with prospect vendors
· Monitor and identify cost savings through spend analysis, vendor negotiators and purchasing methods
· Evaluate and identify process improvement proposals to reduce costs
· Ensure company’s policies and procedures and legal and ethical obligations comply.

what you NEED to be successful in this role:

· University Degree or College Diploma in Engineering
· 2 – 5 relevant experience
· Strong Knowledge of electronics components for PCB manufacturing, capacitors, resistors and others
· Sage and MRP system, MS Office proficient
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· Able to prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance
· Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
