We have an exciting opportunity for a Category Manager to join a growing team. This is a full time, permanent, opportunity located in North York and offers a great work environment, a competitive salary, and an opportunity to have an impact. The successful candidate will have a background in Category management in a grocery environment and have some knowledge of health foods.

What would you be doing in this role?
- Category management of Health Food items
- Purchasing of new and existing products
- Ensuring the right products are on the shelves at the right price
- Grow sales in the health foods area
- Building relationships and negotiating with vendors

What do you bring to the role?
- 5 years of experience purchasing in a Grocery store chain
- 5 years experience in category management, Health foods experience is an asset
- Knowledge of contracts and negotiation techniques
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
