Randstad is now looking for a Class 3 driver for an amazing client of ours! Company is one of Victoria's top producers of quality ready Mixed Concrete. We are dedicated and proud to provide quality product and service to the Residential, Infrastructure and Commercial segments within our region and offer competitive compensation and benefits as well as a collaborative team environment that values and rewards hard work.

This position will work five days per week, between Monday and Friday.

Job Status: Permanent position

Job duties and responsibilities:

• Delivering Concrete to Customers in a safe and timely manner.
• Up keep of truck appearance, assist with yard and plant duties.
• Paperwork – Pre and Post Trip inspections. Delivery ticket information. Writing up deficiencies and work orders
for shop repairs.
• Communicating with Batch Office and Dispatchers on concrete and delivery information, status and other
relevant information.
• Promote and create an atmosphere of Teamwork.

• Ready Mix Concrete Delivery Truck Driver for deliveries throughout Greater Victoria.
• 5 days work week working in Victoria
• Wage rate is $23-$25, depending on the level of experience
• Comprehensive Driver training program for all Drivers
• Long term Benefits provided by the company after 6 months
• MSP coverage after 3 months
• Flexibility for scheduling is a key

Qualifications:
• Valid Class 3 Drivers License with Air Brake Endorsement.
• 3-5 years’ experience in the trucking industry with a clean driving record.
• Ready Mix Concrete and product knowledge/experience an asset.
• Training for operating a ready-mix truck can be provided.
