Randstad is seeking to add a clerical assistant to our Client's team. Company is willing to train the right person if they show initiative and an eagerness to learn.

Our ideal candidate must be able to communicate effectively and be able to accept verbal or written direction and execute any initiatives accurately. After training, you must be able to work independently and provide results within the allotted time frames by following your personal notes and any provided procedural documents or prompts.

Job type: Temporary to permanent
Terms of Employment: Full time
Working hours: 7.30 am till 4.00 pm
Salary: $20 - $22/hour, depending on level of experience
Start Date: As soon as possible

Job duties and Responsibilities:

• File documents, assist with general office tasks (faxing, answering phones, etc.)
• Prepare and sort documents for data entry
• Enter a variety of data using current technology
• Assist service coordinator with scheduling projects and processing work orders
• Call customers before and after projects
• Monitor GPS tracking of vehicle fleet
• Debrief installation staff members and record pertinent information
• Cross-train with other staff members in the event of employee absences
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure procedures are being followed
• Establishes, develops, maintains and updates filing system. Retrieves information from files when needed.
