Do you have previous experience in the Compensation and Benefits field, previously having worked for an organization providing third party HR support? Are you looking for a new opportunity to develop your skills in a globally recognized organization? If so, look no further as we have an excellent opportunity for you!

We are currently looking for a Compensation Specialist to work a 12 month assignment in our client's downtown Toronto office. In this role you will work full time hours from 8:00am - 5;00pm and earn a competitive rate of up to $25 per hour (based on experience). As a Compensation Specialist you will be responsible for managing and providing the highest quality of service to a defined block of US based clients and intermediaries as well as being responsible for working to help identify and resolve all contracting and compensation service issues. This will include but not be limited to the following:

• Deliver professional and trusted service to clients and intermediaries
• Build solid relationships both internally and externally and foster customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Meet service, quality, and productivity, standards to ensure a positive client service experience and help to maximize service levels
• Resolve or negotiate "win-win" solutions to client challenges and service issues independently
• Document and track client discussions or complaints and maintain client contact records
• Identify trends and patterns of client issues, and escalate to management
• Complete and participate in ongoing training and education to remain current of product, industry, service, and administrative changes
• Provide accurate client administration by processing standard financial and accounting entries and transactions timely and accurately

• Work full time hours on a 12 month assignment with potential for extension/permanence
• Earn a competitive rate of up to $25 per hour
• Downtown Toronto Location

• 2 Years of previous client service experience, preferably in the HR Services industry (compensation, benefits, pension etc.)
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong computer literacy, including MS Excel and Outlook
• Organized and Detail Oriented behaviour
