Our client in the Cambridge area has partnered with Randstad Engineering in their search for a CMM Programmer/Operator to join their team!

In this role, you would be responsible for:
- Operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and interpret CMM results data
- Communicate inspection results to manufacturing setup personnel
- Perform in-process, first-off audit and final inspection of precision machined components
- Participate in solving non-conformance issues and implementing corrective actions

As a qualified candidate, you meet the following requirements:
- Previous experience operating and/or programming CMM
- PCDMIS experience would be considered an asset
- Strong attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, results oriented; and capable of completing assigned tasks according to established written/verbal instructions
- Blueprint reading skills including strong understanding of Geometric Dimension & Tolerance
- Experience using a wide variety of precision measuring instruments (i.e. micrometers, calipers, indicators, etc).
