As a CNC Machinist within this rewarding role, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:
- Set-up and machining operations on CNC Machine Tools in a fast paced environment
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, charts, and tables
- Perform precision and repetitive machining operations such as: milling, boring, drilling, reaming, tapping
- Verify dimensions of machined features for accuracy and conformance to specifications using various callipers, micrometers and bore gauges
- General shop cleaning duties and routine equipment maintenance
- Program and/or edit existing programs
- Prove out new programs for CNC Machine Tools

- Minimum 5 years of experience in the metal working industry is required
- Experience with conventional machining including: mills and lathes
- Experience with Mazak and/or Matsuura CNC Machines is required
- Experience with vertical & horizontal CNC machining centers is required
- Minimum 3 years of experience working on 5-axis CNC machining centers is required
- Must be able to use basic measuring instruments; callipers, micrometers and bore gauges
- Good written and spoken communication skills required
- Must be able to read and edit standard machine code
