Are you an extremely talented CNC Machinist that possesses strong programming skills? Are you looking to take a leap in your career?

We are looking for someone with the following capabilities:

- ability to set up various machines by using proper tools
- ensuring proper feed rates for maximum efficiency
- proficient with all precision measuring equipment
- able to program with Mastercam 2D
- able to provide feedback to the engineering team
- familiar working with both Fidal and Fagor controllers
- proficient with both milling and lathe equipment
- able to review production targets to help determine manpower required, and outsource when needed
- possess a strong analytical skill set
- perform multiple setups in a day
- maintaining production records

Qualifications
What do you need to have?


- 5+ years of precision CNC machining experience
- 5+ years of Mastercam programming experience
- conscientious attitude
- be a team player, take feedback and implement it
- able to work in other departments when required (it's everyone's job, not one person's job)
- ideally, you are a licensed tradesperson possessing an MTBI, Tool & Die, or Machinist license
- able to read and interpret blueprints and think critically about what you are building
- previous experience outsourcing work to approved vendors when required
- strong organizational skills
- able to proof parts, provide feedback to engineering teams
- updating machine tool programs as required
- must have a vehicle as this role is not on a bus route
