The Collections Associate is responsible for various administrative tasks associated with collection
activity across multiple products, including but not limited to filling, support the release/discharge team,
support the renewal team with administrative tasks assigned.

Responsibilities will include:

-Support the release/discharge team when necessary
-Assist with incoming faxes by filling them, and distribute to the appropriate team.
-Support the mortgage renewal team when necessary
-Manage list of renewal (by telephone and e-mail) from a provided list.
-Support new and existing business initiatives

Qualifications
Job Qualifications

-
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in the Financial Services industry performing or call centre
environment

Skills/Abilities

- Customer service based mind set
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proven ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels and build partnerships with
main stakeholders
- Strong Excel & PowerPoint skils
- Excellent written and communication skills with a strong attention to details
- Must be able to address multiple issues in a high paced/high pressure rapidly changing
environment. Time management skills are critical.
- Bilingual preferred (English and French)
