We have a Collections Agent position available, to work in a fast-paced call center, in Brossard, where a customer service focus and being a team player are important.

Responsibilities for the Collection Agent in Brossard:
- Manage a portfolio of delinquent accounts
- Outbound and inbound calls
- Ensuring the integrity of information, updating database
- Negotiate solutions for the client

Location: Brossard
Pay rate: $ 18.64 / hr any shift ending at 9 pm gets a $ 1.10 premium shift
Mon-Fri, 7:30 am-9: 00pm, Saturday 9:00 am -9: 00pm (must be flexible)
3 months contract with the possibility of a contract extension
Training is 3 weeks 8 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday

Qualifications
What qualifications are required for the collection agent position in Brossard ?:
