A paid training is offered to get your career started.

Your primary responsability as a collections agent will be to do collections calls for mortgage and retail/commercial loans.

4 months contract (it may be up to 6 months)
Salary : 21.49$/hour
Hours: 40 hours/week - rotation shifts - must be flexible to work between 8:00am and 9:00pm from Monday to Friday and 8:00 - 4:00PM on Saturdays.
Location : Metro Acadie (blue line)

Qualifications
- Bilingualism (French and English - written and spoken)
- Experience in customer service (call centre)
- Collections experience - an asset
- Excellent skills with negotiation and sales
- High school diploma
- Banking experience - an asset
