Are you a Collections Clerk in Saskatoon ready to take on your next career challenge? Join us as a temporary Accounting Clerk Randstad team member, with one of Saskatoon’s most desired companies, for a one to two month term.

As a Collections Clerk for this Saskatoon company, you will work with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely accounts receivable and collections functions are performed. You will work with a very professional team that is focused on delivery and efficient day-to-day operations.

As the ideal candidate, you have intermediate to expert level experience in accounting software. You also have intermediate to expert level experience with Microsoft Excel and SAP. You prefer to work in a fast-paced and demanding work environment.

Your responsibilities as a Collections Clerk will include all functions within accounts receivables and collections, monitoring accounts that are past due, performing credit checks, making arrangements with clients that have past due accounts, resolving payment disputes, contacting customers, and providing excellent, efficient service. You will also be responsible for other administrative duties as needed, such as electronic and paper filing as well as taking customer calls.

Qualifications
Your qualifications are:

- 2 – 3 years accounts receivable and collections experience
- Some post-secondary education is considered an asset and you have a minimum of high school education or equivalent
- Exemplary attention to detail
- You have experience in SAP
- Intermediate to expert level experience in MS Excel
- Excellent data entry skills with speed and accuracy
- Above average organizational skills, both written and verbal
- High level customer service and collections skills
- Desire to work in a fast paced and demanding work environment
- You thrive in an active position where your expertise are needed to contribute to the flow of the department
- Desire to work a term position
