We're looking for analytical individual with strong communication and negotiation skills to join our client in Waterloo as a Collections Officer.

As a Collections Officer, you will be responsible for:
• Collecting on delinquent and/or past due payments related to loans, lines of credit, mortgages, etc
• Managing and resolving complex delinquent accounts in a timely manner
• Ensuring that adjustments and payments are processed accurately
• Managing and following up on correspondences from clients
• Reviewing and investigating accounts to determine clients' ability to repay debt
• Negotiating payment arrangements and solutions
• Maintaining records
• Other duties as required
