Our client in the security and alarms industry is looking for a Collections Representative to work a 6 month assignment in their Brampton office! If successful you will work 35 hours per week at a rate of $26.50 per hour and be responsible for ensuring the assigned receivables are collected, in accordance with established policies and procedures, while maintaining a focal point for customer relations. This include:

• Review open invoices to identify delinquent accounts
• Initiate collection calls
• Research account discrepancies
• Communicates collection results/problems with national Account Managers
• Assist in orienting and training lower level employees
• Manage information to various associates regarding correct billing and customer satisfaction on accounts.
• Make applicable notes in the system as to any pertinent collection activity or customer contact
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
• 3+ years of Collections / AR or directly related experience
• Working knowledge of online systems and Excel spreadsheet skills
• Highly motivated, professionally aggressive individual with the ability to follow assignments through to completion
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
