Are you a sales professional with a background in HVAC? If so, we are looking for a Commercial Territory Manager to join our team based out of our Burnaby office. This is a great for someone who is looking to develop their career in the HVAC industry whilst working for an global industry leader.

This commercial manager develops new prospects and interacts with existing customers to increase sales of products and services. The person in this position generally focuses on local market accounts and prospects, and may be responsible for a limited number of key or named accounts.

Other duties include:

• Select the correct products or assist customers in making product selections based on customer needs, product specifications and applicable regulations.
• Negotiate prices, terms of sale and service agreements.
• Ensure high post-sales satisfaction by facilitating positive, long-term relationships and high potential for repeat business with customers.
• Set account and territory plans on an annual, quarterly and monthly basis.
• Coach and mentor less experienced sales representatives as needed

• Excellent compensation - 50% salary and 50% commission opportunity with possibility of going over quota. Target compensation is $80,000 - $90,000 with strong possibility of making $100,000 plus depending on sales.

Qualifications
• Must have previous sales experience in Commercial HVAC industry or very closely related technical industry,
• Must know the Vancouver market,
• 5+ years in B2B sales experience strongly preferred,
• Strong communication, interpersonal and sales skills,
• Ability to travel to the US for training and meetings (2-3 times per year), customers are generally in the Greater Vancouver Area with 10-15% overnight travel possible.
• Independently minded and self-driven.
