Company in the accessories industry who specializes in the distribution of travel products on the Canadian territory, is currently looking for an office clerk for a permanent position in Ville Saint-Laurent.

You will work closely with the design department under the supervision of the Brand Manager.

As an office clerk, you must attend showroom sales meetings with clients, take notes of meetings, follow up with customers by telephone and email, visit clients and manage major accounts, develop the season's sales schedule, make appointments, do some prospecting to develop the pool of active customers and any other related administrative tasks.

The proposed salary is between $ 30,000 and $ 35,000 per year, Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm or 8:30 am to 5 pm, accessible by public transit, 2 weeks of annual vacation with all holidays and Jewish commemorations. Every Friday the office closes at 2 pm


-Bilingualism English (priority) and French spoken and written;
-minimum of one year of experience in a similar position;
- Adaptability in a constantly changing environment;
- Ability to prioritize and work several files at the same time;
-Good sense of customer service, dynamism, good energy;
- Ability to work under pressure;
-Excellent knowledge of the Office suite (Word and Excel);
