Randstad Engineering is recruiting on behalf of our clients, who have been operating for over 50 years, family owned and operate out of London. The organization is looking for a Site Foreman with road, waterworks and sewer construction experience.

Responsibilities:
•Works directly with the Project Manager to discuss equipment needs, job procedures, manpower needs, job scope changes, or any issues that arise on the job site
•Responsible for coordinating projects, construction activities and ensures all actions are completed on time in a safe and responsible manner
•Strong ability to instruct others, redirect work efforts to meeting critical requirements, monitor work performance, and arranging for supplies and equipment for projects
•Assures completion of assigned projects by overseeing the execution of the work and ensuring the job drawings, specifications and quality are meeting the standards
•Identify deficiencies in projects and communicating any needs to the appropriate person to plan accordingly

Requirements:
•5+ years of experience as a Construction Foreman
•Heavy Duty Mechanic License OR Journeyman License is an asset but not required
•Experience with road, waterworks and sewer construction as a foreman and extensive knowledge of the materials and equipment required for this type of construction
•Strong experience coordinating multiple construction projects and teams
•Knowledge of safety regulations, scheduling, cost control, plans and specifications
•Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
