Ticket Assistant - will perform duties related to the shipments of materials on the job site.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the correct location where materials will be delivered.

• Sign required documentation to receive materials.

• Collect tickets for materials from each delivery

• Keep track of all tickets collected.

• Deliver tickets to Construction Coordinators

• Pump water off roads and project; weather permitting

• Assist in keeping the project and roadways clean of debris.

• Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree

• Communication Skills Required: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety

rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to

write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of

customers or employees of organization.

• Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's

and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of money and weight

measurement, volume, and distance.

• Others: Stand, Walk, Sit, Listen, Outdoors exposed to changing weather conditions (for

instance, rain, sun, snow, wind, etc.), Air contamination (i.e., dust, fume, smoke)
