Our client, a contractor in Waterloo, has partnered with Randstad Engineering in their search for a Project Manager to join their team.

In this role, responsibilities would include:
- Project start up meetings , planning/coordination meetings
- Work closely with client, PM's, sub-trades, etc. throughout entire project life cycle
- Full Estimating responsibilities
- Follow ups with clients
- Monitor daily progress of projects, and ensure it meets expectations of client
- Generate RFI’s
- Track work orders
- Material procurement and material management
- Prepare cost reports as required and forecast performance, Forecast Labour and Material budgets
- Ensure budget is maintained
- Prepare RFQ’s and or price changes to RFQ’s. Forward to customer for approval.
- Develop project schedule, update, and monitor
- Submit progress billing to client for approval
- Follow up with client for payment approval / payment certificate
- Prepare sub-trade payment certificates upon receipt of billing approval amounts

As a qualified candidate, you meet the following requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management
- Experienced in industrial sector
- Able to create schedules, completing billing
- Strong negotiation skills
