Do you have coaching experience in a call center environment? Are you bilingual? Are you looking for a new mandate? We have the perfect job for you! We are currently looking for a call center coach at a Montreal-based insurance company.

What are the main responsibilities of the coach? :
 - Provide coaching for individual calls and one-on-one when needed
- Listening to calls
- Submit daily results and coaching session reports
- Maintain and provide weekly / monthly progress reports

Job Details:
  - Schedule from 8h to 16h or from 9h to 17h from Monday to Friday.
- Located in Downtown Montreal, easily accessible by public transit
- Salary from 20 to 22 $ per hour according to experience
- 4 months contract with possibility of extension
