Do you have previous call centre or customer service experience? Are you looking for an opportunity with a leading bank where you can learn and develop your skills?

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you with one of our banking clients, working as a Contract Centre Representative in their downtown Toronto office. In this role you will be providing customer service support to banking clients. Our client is currently looking for 2 Contact Centre Representatives to step into this role on a 4 months assignment, with the the opportunity of turning permanent.

If successful, you will work full-time hours on a rotational schedule: Mon - Fri 7:30am - 9:00pm Sat 7:30am - 8:00pm earning a competitive pay rate of $16.91/hr.

As a Contact Centre Representative, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
-Receive inbound call from banking clients regarding questions and inquiries about banking product and services
-Analyzing various customer situations and offering best possible solutions, escalating to different departments when necessary
-Keep accurate and up-to-date records of customer conversations

Qualifications
-1 year of customer service experience
