If this describes you, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Working in a newly renovated, state-of-the-art facility, you will take inbound calls from throughout the province and provide information on programs and services that are in demand. In this position, you'll be responsible for:

• Taking a high volume of inbound calls
• Providing information on programs, services and initiatives being undertaken by the Province
• Being a knowledge leader on resources available to members of the public – if you don’t have the answers, you’ll know where to find them
• Ensure that call metrics are met daily – take calls back-to-back, ensure that inquiries are resolved the first time, and strive for low hold times
• Keep clear, concise notes in the system to ensure that your work is transferable for your colleagues

Qualifications
This position is available for motivated, energetic and caring individuals with the following qualifications. • At least 1 year of experience in an inbound contact centre environment
• The ability to provide 2 successful, professional and supervisory references
• Typing speed of 40 WPM or above
• The ability to speak fluent French is an asset
• The ability to speak second languages fluently is an asset, but is not required
• Applicants may be tested on typing, communication, and second-language skills
