Do you have Account Receivables and Account Payables experience? Are you proficient in Word and Excel?

If so we have an excellent opportunity for you!

We are currently looking for a contract analyst to support our Financial Industry leading client's Vancouver office. If hired you will work full-time hours on a 1-year assignment (beginning ASAP), be paid $21.40 per hour, and be responsible for supporting day-to-day activities for a group of partners, including the following:

●Generating purchase orders (POs) from executed contracts and/or ordering documents
●Supporting the administration, review, and implementation of software licensing and IT services contracts
with global or cross-territory participation
●Managing vendor relationships and becoming a source of vendor knowledge for the GLSC team
●Regularly engaging with vendors and other stakeholders on invoicing queries, obtaining proper billing
codes from member firms, and making adjustments, as necessary
●Supporting and directly completing other tasks, as required

• Work for a top-tier organization in the Finance and Professional Services Industry
• Earn the competitive wage of $21.40 per hour
• Work in DT Vancouver
• Work full-time business hours (between 8:30am and 5:00pm)
• 1-year contract with possibility to perm

• Over 3 years of experience in accounts receivable and/or accounts payables, across the account, bill, payment
and collection functions
• Superior Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to use intermediate to advanced formulas to analyze and
summarize data
• Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, and Access is an asset
● Experience in data analysis and reporting, and managing small to medium sized projects to tight deadline
● Intercompany and/or global experience are considered a plus
● Experience with procurement and legal contracts considered a plus.
