Staff Management
 Manage the Finance/Accounting department, provide coaching, training and mentorship
opportunities while ensuring the team is set up for success and achieving performance

 Diploma or degree preferably in Finance, Accounting or related field is required
 CPA designation required
 7-10+ years of hands on financial experience required

 Advanced proficiency in MS Office and internal accounting system
 Must possess ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and
 Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop a strong external network as well as
manage internal relationships
 Strong knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems
 Exceptional written and oral communication skills is required
 Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple deadlines
under pressure
