We are looking for a coordonator of linguistic services for a 7 months contract in downtown Montreal!

Main duties:
- Coordonate translation requests
- Manage incoming and outgoing phone and email communications;
- Answer clients inquiries;
- Oversight the applications and emails of all the team;
- Communicate with clients and negociate delivery schedule agreements;
- Helping translator to format the documents

Monday-Friday - 8:30am to 5:00pm
$22.10/hour
7 months contract

Qualifications
- Bilingual
- 2 to 3 years experience as a project coordinator or as an administrative assistant
- Experience in translation
- Good knowledge of MsOffice
- Capacity of working under pressure
- Strong asset: knowledge of the software Oracle and translation experience
- Autonomy
