We are actively looking for polished, professional, corporate receptionists for a variety of openings in the Financial District of Downtown Toronto. Responsible for the overall efficiency and smooth operations for the office, we are looking for experienced reception professionals that are looking for permanent and long-term opportunities in this space, NOT candidates looking to get their foot in the door in financial-based industries.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of previous experience in a receptionist seat, preferably in a corporate environment. Outside of traditional receptionist role, additional responsibilities may include calendar management and travel arrangements, maintaining stock of office supplies, meeting minutes, and administrative support to the greater team as needed.
